Broun's Four-Way Test
I am committed to protecting the constitutional rights and pocketbooks of every American. I will apply the following four-way test to every piece of legislation that comes before the House for a vote:

1) Is it Moral / Right?                 3) Is it Necessary?
2) Is it Constitutional?                4) Is it Affordable?

I will strive to protect and defend the Second Amendment right to bear arms for my constituents and all American citizens.

Our nation’s capital has a gun ban, yet has one of the highest murder rates.I believe that the ban is unconstitutional. Add your name to the list of Georgians who believe that the gun ban should be ended.

Securing our Borders and Stopping Illegal Immigration
Illegal Immigration is an issue of national and economic security, and I will push for major immigration reform.

Property Rights Action Caucus
No person shall . . . be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation. — Fifth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution

Broun's Four-Way Test
I will protect Americans’ constitutional rights & pocketbooks. To do so, I will apply this four-part test to every bill: 1) Is it Moral/Right? 2) Is it Constitutional? 3) Is it Necessary? 4) Is it Affordable?

Pro-Life Bill
Along with millions of Americans, I believe in the sanctity of human life. Human life begins with fertilization, and we have a moral and constitutional obligation to protect and defend every precious soul.

God & Old Glory
Last year, the Department of Veterans' Affairs curtailed the mention of God & the flag-folding recitation at military funerals. My bill fully restores the option to have God and Old Glory at military funerals.

National Security
I’m a Marine. The Constitution makes clear national defense is the federal government’s most important role. On the Homeland Security Committee, I fight to make our country stronger, more efficient, and better prepared.
