Virgin Islands Law Enforcement Planning Commission Receives Grant

Delegate to Congress Donna M Christensen is pleased to announce that the Virgin Islands Law Enforcement Planning Commission (LEPC) has received a grant from the United States Department of Justice, Office of Justice Programs in the amount of $350,000.00.
The LEPC will use this funding for the FY08 Enforcing Underage Drinking Laws (EUDL) Block Grant Program. The goal of this program is to support and enhance state efforts, in cooperation with local jurisdictions, to enforce laws prohibiting the sale of alcoholic beverages, or the consumption of alcoholic beverages by minors.
