BATON ROUGE- Scott Angelle, Secretary of the Louisiana Department of Natural Resources, sent a letter on behalf of Governor Bobby Jindal to FEMA Director David Paulison yesterday supporting Congressman Cazayoux's earlier request to change FEMA's generator reimbursement policy for citizens without power for over seven days.  On Wednesday, Congressman Cazayoux sent a letter to Paulison requesting a change in the policy and was given indication that FEMA would do so per a request from Governor Jindal.
