Daytona Beach HOPE VI "Passing of the Keys" Ceremony - December 2, 2005
Rep. Mica speaks to local leaders and other participants in front of the home purchased by Clive and Daylia Vernon through the Daytona Beach Housing Authority HOPE IV Program.
Mr. and Mrs. Vernon receive the keys to their new home purchased with assistance from federal and local government homeownership programs.
The ceremony included a tour of the Vernon's new home and was attended by Rep. Mica, Daytona Beach Mayor Yvonne Scarlett-Golden, and other representatives from the public and private housing sectors.
