Perform Plans

All employees are to receive approved written or otherwise recorded, performance plans based on work assignments and responsibilities within a specific period of time from the date of appointment into a new position or at the beginning of the appraisal period.  At a minimum, employees must receive a progress review at the mid-point of the appraisal period.  At the end of the appraisal period, an employee will receive an appraisal of his/her performance.

Performance plans must include all critical results and related performance indicators.

Every employee must be evaluated against at least one critical result.
