FY’ 04 P&A; national aggregates and state specific numbers for selected measures.

FY04 P&A; aggregate and state specific numbers are generated from the P&A; Program Performance Reports. P&As; submit their results of the complete list of outcome measures in the annual reports. Selected measures are in the categories of: Age of Individual clients, Clients' Living Arrangements, Intervention Strategies Used in Serving Individuals, Outcome Measures Race/Ethnic Background, and Reasons for Closing Individual's Case Files.
