The information obtained from this Preliminary Application is intended for eligibility purposes only.  If your company of entity is determined eligible, additional information will be required to develop an ETP Agreement.  Please note: A determination of contracting eligibility is NOT an approval for ETP funding.

Only complete Preliminary Applications may be submitted for consideration. If you are unable to answer a question at this time you may save your Preliminary Application, and complete it at a later time. You can return to your completed and in progress Preliminary Application records at any time. 

Once you have completed the Preliminary Application, an email will confirm the submission and provide you with a Reference Number that will track the development of your Preliminary Application.
