Starting September 22, 2008, all multi-family, commercial and industrial construction permits will first require a land use approval of the site plan through the Plan of Development review process prior to construction permit issuance. The Board of Supervisors implemented this requirement in order to ensure consistent application of minimum development standards throughout unincorporated Maricopa County.
