OFFICE OF FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION

The Office of Finance and Administration maintains oversight of the financial and administrative activities of the Service; exercises responsibility for planning and directing the fiscal operations of the Service, including annual strategic performance plans, appropriation requests and related budget estimates, budget execution, external contracting, fund-raising, and procurement; and represents the Director in handling issues involving the Service's status, role, activities and interaction with other Library entities in relevant areas of planning, management, budget and administration.
