This is a pre-solicitation notice for Buckley AFB, CO to acquire Sports Officials for fiscal Year 2009. The required services are commercial in nature, therefore, FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items shall apply to this acquisition. The contractor shall furnish all, labor, tools, materials, and transportation necessary to perform per the statement of work. North American Industrial Classification System Code 711219 and size standard of $6.5 Million. Numbered Note1. The Entire Solicitation will be made available only on the Federal Business Opportunities website http://www.fedbizopps.gov/ approximately 16 September 2008 with an anticipated closing date of 24 September 2008. No paper copies will be issued. Contract Award will be made on an all or nothing basis. Contractor shall propose on all items to be considered responsive.
