1 - Files with ".A76" extension may be opened using COMPARE
software. COMPARE
can be downloaded at the following web site -
http://www.comparea76.com/frames1.html. (For MEO files, the
password is: "dcmait05". For Baseline Cost Data files, the
password is: "ITCSOA76".) Excel files with series and grades will be
posted soon for those who do not know how to use COMPARE.

2 - The cost analysis for Testing Center resulted in a
decision to solicit proposals. The information in the Agency Cost
Analyses and SLCF's for other competitions will be posted after the
Testing Center competition is complete. The information in them
could provide a non-competitive advantage to potential offerors; it
must also be redacted to extract proprietary
information.
