We study geology throughout the solar system, so those mountain tops could be on any planet or moon in our solar system.

The ridge line of the mointain tops forms an interesting pattern, (above). That pattern is similar to the plot of a spectrum or other scientific data (below).

The mountain tops in our logo are derived from the mountains in Grand Teton National Park in Wyoming. The logo is derived from this image of the Teton Mountains
