  • NEW CY 2012 Annual Declarations on Past Activities and Annual Reports on Exports and Imports are due February 28th (postmarked).    

  • Based on the chemicals, thresholds, and activities at your facility, plant site or trading company, you may have a requirement to submit one or more of the following types of declarations and reports to comply with your CY 2012 reporting obligation. See Parts 712 through 715 of the CWC Regulations for specific declaration and report requirements.
    • Annual Declaration on Past Activities for Schedule 1, 2 and 3 chemical facilities/plant sites and UDOC facilities
    • Combined Declaration and Report for Schedule 1, 2 and 3 chemical facilities
    • No Changes Certification for UDOC facilities
    • Annual Report on Exports and Imports for Schedule 1, 2 and 3 chemical facilities/plant sites and trading companies
