Amount:Whole House Program: Up to $7,000 per 12 month period
Refrigerators: $100 ($200 w/recycling of old unit)
Room Air Conditioner: $50
Dishwasher: $50
Clothes Washer: $75 - $155
Ceiling Fan: $25
Heat Pump/AC: $150/ton
HVAC Tune-Up: $25
Pool Pump: $200
Shade Tree: $25

Weatherization
Attic Insulation: $0.10 - $0.15/sq.ft
Exterior Wall Insulation: $0.15/sq. ft
Solar Attic/Whole House Fans: $100
Electric Attic Vent Fan: $50
Duct Replacement: $150
Duct Sealing: 50% of project cost, up to $350
Cool Roof: $0.10 - $0.20 per sq. ft
Window Film: $1.00 per sq. ft
Maximum Incentive:Maximum allowable rebate for appliances is $500 per customer, per year
Central AC/Heat Pumps: $1,000
Equipment Requirements:All appliances must be ENERGY STARĀ® rated
Refrigerator: At least 14 cubic feet
Central AC/Heat Pumps: 15 SEER or greater
Exterior Wall Insulation: R-13+
Attic Insulation: R-19+
Duct Replacement: R-6+

Summary:

Riverside Public Utilities offers an incentive for residential customers to upgrade the efficiency of a variety of equipment within eligible homes. Rebates are offered for Energy Star appliances, energy efficient weatherization measures, and HVAC equipment. In order to receive rebates, all equipment efficiency standards must be met.

In addition to these incentives Riverside Public Utilities will also pick up and recycle old refrigerators at no cost for the customer. RPU also provides a $25 per-tree rebate for planting up to five qualifying shade trees per year. Visit the program web site listed above for more information on these program incentives.
