Summary:

The Sacramento Municipal Utility District's (SMUD) Residential Loan Program provides 100% financing to customers who install solar water heating systems. All solar water heating systems must meet standards set by the Solar Rating and Certification Corporation (SRCC), must be installed by a SMUD-approved solar water heating contractor, and must pass inspection by SMUD representatives.
