Summary:

IID’s New Construction Energy Efficiency Program (NCEEP) is a non-residential new construction and renovation energy efficiency program that combines an integrated design process with financial incentives. NCEEP is geared toward assisting customers in moving beyond initial cost considerations and towards the realization of long term energy cost savings as well as avoiding lost opportunities as new non-residential buildings are designed and constructed. The "Whole Building Approach" and "Systems Approach" are two separate incentive plans available to building owners and design teams. Recommended measures and available incentives will differ between these offerings. For more information and specific incentive amounts, see the NCEEP handbook located on the program web site.
