Lighting Fixtures: $20

Room Air Conditioner: $30
Evaporative Coolers: $50-$150
Central A/C Equipment: $100 (homeowner); $25 (contractor)
Heating/Cooling Tune-Ups: $50-$75 (homeowner); $25 (contractor)
Heat Pumps: $350-$450 (homeowner); $50 (contractor)
Ductless Heat Pumps: $550-$750 (homeowner); $50 (contractor)
Eligible System Size:Water Heater: minimum of 40 gallons
Equipment Requirements:All appliances must be Energy Star; see program web site for further details
Central AC: minimum SEER of 15, minimum EER of 12.72
Installation Requirements:Duct Sealing and Heating/Cooling Tune-Ups: must be performed by a qualified contractor.

Summary:

Pacific Power offers the Home Energy Savings Program for their residential California customers to improve the efficiency of their homes. Incentives are also available for contractors and newly built Energy Star homes that meet specific requirements listed on the program web site. Incentives are available for energy efficient clothes washers, refrigerators, dish washers, water heaters, lighting, evaporative coolers, central AC units, and heating/cooling tune-ups. All appliances must be Energy Star and all other equipment must meet certain energy efficient standards listed on the program web site. Interested customers should consult the program web site for eligibility, participating retailers, and program applications. Incentive applications must be submitted, accompanied by an itemized invoice, within 90 days of equipment purchase or installation.

Customers must hire certified contractors for some equipment installations.
