Induction Street Lighting: $33 - $355
Refrigerated Case Lighting: $60 per door (reach-in cases) or per six lineal feet (multi-deck cases)
Electric Motors: $16 - $24/HP
Motor Wiring Assistance: $3/HP
Irrigation Motor Load Control: $50/motor
Controlled Resistance Heating: $24/kW - $32/kW
HVAC Equipment: $250 - $300/ton, additional rebates available for higher efficiency levels
Heat Pump Water Heater: $250/unit
Maximum Incentive:Lighting: 50% of material cost or $20,000
Street Lighting: $20,000
Refrigerated Case Lighting: $3,000

Summary:

Empire Electric Association provides rebates for its commercial customers who upgrade to energy efficient lighting, HVAC equipment, and motors.  These rebates are offered in conjunction with Tri-State Generation and Transmission Association, with Empire Electric generally matching the incentive amounts provided by Tri-State for equipment and appliances.  In many cases, additional rebates are available for HVAC  equipment which exceeds the minimum efficiency or technology requirements of the program.
