Summary:
Rocky Mountain Power provides incentives for residential customers in Idaho to install energy efficient equipment in participating homes. Rebates are available for qualified appliances, weatherization measures and HVAC equipment. Insulation rebates are only available for existing homes, because new homes would already be meeting the program objectives by adhering to the Idaho building code. HVAC rebates are also available only to existing homes. All other rebates can be applied to new or existing homes. Incentives are available for a limited-time-only and will be honored on a first-come, first-served basis according to the postmark date on the application. Rebates will be paid in the form of checks, not utility bill credits. Customers should check with Rocky Mountain Power before beginning any projects to make sure rebates are still in effect. Rebates are also available to contractors who install eligible equipment. |
