Systems/Building Controls, Building Insulation, Windows, Doors, Motors, Motor VFDs, Agricultural Equipment, Comprehensive Measures/Whole Building, Custom/Others pending approval, Personal Computing Equipment, Data Center Equipment, Retro-Commissioning Study, Pumps
Applicable Sectors: Commercial, Industrial, Installer/Contractor
Amount:Motor Rewind: $1/HP
Motors: $50 - $750 (TEFC); $50 - $875 (ODP)
Power management for PC Networks: $10/controlled unit
VFD Fans: $80/HP
VFD Cooling Pump: $85/HP
VFD Heating Pump: $100/HP
Clothes Washer: $200
Retro-Commissioning Study: $0.10/conditioned sq. ft. (agents receive $0.02/kWh)
Insulation: $0.28--$0.35/sq. ft.
New Windows: $1/sq. ft.
Retrofit Windows: $3.50/sq. ft.
Standby Generator Block Heater: $400
Custom: $0.08 - $0.20/kWh saved in first year
Maximum Incentive:50% of cost

Motors: Must be new motors that are in continuous operation and must be listed on the CEE Premium Efficiency Motors
Installation Requirements:PC Power Management Software: Must achieve minimum average savings of 120 annual kWh per controlled PC

Summary:

Avista Utilities offers numerous incentives to commercial and industrial customers to increase the energy efficiency of customer facilities or equipment. Incentive options are available for heating and cooling equipment, refrigeration, lighting, motors, variable frequency drives, vending machine controls, appliances, personal computers, retro-commissioning, and other energy efficient measures.
