Summary:
Columbia Rural Electric Association offers its residential customers a variety of rebates for the purchase of energy efficient equipment and measures. Eligible equipment includes efficient clothes washers, dishwashers, refrigerators, freezers, lighting fixtures, heat pumps, building insulation, and water heaters all qualify for rebates. These incentives will be made available to customers through a credit on monthly electric bills. Most equipment must meet certain energy efficiency standards listed on the program web site. Check the program web site or contact CREA for more information, specific equipment requirements, and program applications.
