  JPAC Mission Schedule

During Fiscal Year 2013 (Oct. 1, 2012 through Sep. 30, 2013), JPAC is scheduled to deploy approximately 90 investigation and recovery teams on 38 missions to 19 countries worldwide.

Nine missions will deploy in support of Vietnam War operations, five supporting Korean War operations, and 24 missions supporting World War II operations. In addition to land operations, JPAC will increase underwater investigation and recovery missions to five in support of World War II and Vietnam War cases.

Furthermore, four Joint Forensic Reviews, where sets of remains are evaluated to determine their racial affiliation, will be performed in Vietnam.

This report is an operational projection for 2013 missions and may change. Out of concern for the safety and security of our teams, we cannot provide a detailed list of dates, specific locations or team details. To see where team members are located right now, visit our JPAC Around the World page.
