Join us at one of five roundtables to share ideas on how USPTO can reduce the backlog of patent applications associated with a Request for Continued Examination (RCE). Our first is February 20 in Santa Clara, Calif. Others are in Dallas, New York, Chicago, and USPTO headquarters in Alexandria, Va.

Great Inventors Wanted!

We're seeking nominations for the 2013 National Medal of Technology and Innovation. The medal is presented each year by the president of the United States and is this country’s highest award for technological achievement. The deadline is April 1, 2013.

USPTO Seeks Exhibitors for Innovation Expo 2013

The USPTO and the Smithsonian are teaming up to stage Innovation Expo 2013 June 20-22 at USPTO headquarters in Alexandria, Va. Innovators are invited to submit their cutting-edge patented technology to showcase. Featured technology will have made demonstrable contributions to America’s economic competitiveness and standard of living. The deadline for submissions is March 31.
