Submission of Documents for Aviation Certificate Enforcement Cases.

Pursuant to the recent changes implemented in 49 C.F.R §§ 821.7 and 821.8, beginning November 15, 2012, parties may submit documents for aviation certificate enforcement cases via electronic mail.

Parties may submit documents to the Office of Administrative Law Judges at the following e-mail address: ALJappeals@ntsb.gov

Parties may submit documents to the Office of General Counsel at the following email address: BoardAppeals@ntsb.gov

To ensure receipt of documents via e-mail, the following requirements apply:

Consistent with the provisions of 49 C.F.R § 821.8, parties should retain a copy of the transmittal e-mail along with the documents submitted in a "sent mail" file. In addition, parties may choose to print a copy of the transmittal e-mail for safekeeping.

Parties will not receive a reply or automated message from the e-mail addresses provided above.
