This page lists broad-basedDomestic Non-Availability Determinations (DNADs) by the Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition, Technology and Logistics (USD(AT&L)) resulting from DCMA reviews of contractor corrective action plans (CAPs). 

A DNAD may be relied upon for all prime contracts awarded before 26 July 2008, except as expressly provided by individual contract terms and conditions.
