Welcome to USA Test Manager!

This system will allow you to perform the following activities for your registered tests:

  1. View and print your test information and study materials.
  2. Reschedule your test session, if permitted.
  3. Upload documents, if permitted.

If you have already tested, please refer to the announcement under which you applied for information on obtaining your test results. Test results are not available through this system.

If you received your Notice of Results and it instructed you to upload the required documents through USA Test Manager, then you will see this option for your application if today’s date is within the timeframe for uploading documents.

Notice: Use of e-mail spam blockers may prevent you from receiving replies from us when sending e-mail queries to USA Test Manager. In order to ensure receipt of our reply, please be sure to add TestManager@OPM.gov to your trusted sender’s list. For instructions on how to add trusted senders, please refer to your e-mail provider.

The documents in USA Test Manager will be displayed in Portable Document Format or PDF. The makers of this format, Adobe, provide a free product for viewing/printing the PDF called Adobe Reader. You will have an opportunity to download a free copy of Adobe Reader when you successfully log into the system. If you are not sure if your PC has the Adobe Reader, you may click here to find out.
