Military Interdepartmental Purchase Requests (MIPRs)

MIPR Requests (DD448) and MIPR Acceptance (DD448-2) are interagency agreements used to request and accept goods or services between DoD components or between DoD components and a non-DoD federal agencies. EDA is the central location to upload, store, and retrieve MIPRs, MIPR Amendments, MIPR Acceptances and their attachments.

Authorized Government and Government Support Contractor users with the MIPR role (restricted by DoDAACs and/or MIPR#s) can query, view and download MIPR documents in EDA. Government users may be restricted by DoDAACs.  Government Support Contractors must be restricted by DoDAACs and/or MIPR#s.  The role will be indicated by the "MIPRs" link on the users Document Selection screen.  Refer to the WAWF eBusiness Suite for detailed registration instructions on how to obtain the MIPR role.

In addition, authorized users with the MIPR role and the Upload MIPR/MIPR Amendment/MIPR Acceptance role, have the capability to upload MIPRs, MIPR Amendments and MIPR Acceptance documents.  Government users and Government Support Contractors are restricted by DoDAAC(s).  The upload role will be indicated by the" Upload MIPR/MIPR Amendment/MIPR Acceptance" link on the Document Selection screen and the " Add MIPR Document" link on the MIPRs Query Results screen.

Users with the Upload MIPR Attachment role can upload MIPR Attachments to MIPR, MIPR Amendments, and MIPR Acceptance documents.  Government users and Government Support Contractors are restricted by DoDAAC(s).  The upload roles will be indicated by the  "Add" link/"View(#)" link in the attachment column on the MIPRs Query Results screen.

To view a specific MIPR document, select the "MIPR Number" link, to view its attachment(s), select the View(#) link on the MIPRs Query Results screen.  EDA will present the authorized user with the MIPR document or the attachment(s) associated with that particular MIPR.  EDA records the MIPR upload events in MIPR History. View MIPR history by clicking the History ("H") link on the MIPRs Query Results screen.
