June 14th is Flag Day. Cadets from the Civil Air Patrol and the Sea Cadets participated in a flag retirement ceremony at the American Legion in Londonderry NH. This past July nine cadets attended basic encampment in Norwich VT. Encampment can be the most significant, memorable, and worthwhile training experience in a Civil Air Patrol cadet’s career. In addition to the training cadets receive at encampment, they get to experience many exciting activities not normally offered at the squadron level.
