DOLWD’s Alaska Labor Exchange System (ALEXsys) does not collect personally identifying information about you when you visit our site, unless you choose to provide such information to us. The information we receive depends on which forms you complete when visiting our site.

Information is kept on file in a secure database and will only be used by DOLWD staff to better provide assistance to you in determining eligibility for federal assistance for obtaining employment and/or training for employment. This information will not be transmitted to other companies, solicitors or organizations not associated with the performance of responsibilities included in the federal Workforce Investment Act of 1998.

For security purposes and to ensure that this service remains available to all users, our website also uses software programs to monitor network traffic to identify unauthorized attempts to upload or change information, or otherwise cause damage.

Unauthorized attempts to upload information or change information on this service are strictly prohibited and may be punishable under the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act of 1986 (as amended 1994, 1996 and 2001), and the National Information Infrastructure Protection Act of 1996.
