    System Maintenance Schedule

      NOTE: The system maintenance and backup schedule is as follows :
    • Maintenance window: Daily 0400 to 0700 ( Eastern Timezone )
    • Full Backup - Sunday 0430 to 0600 ( Eastern Timezone )
    • The database will be unavailable during the full backup and any scheduled downtime
    • Users should save their work and log off prior to any scheduled downtime
    • The possibility exists that the downtime could exceed the scheduled timeframe
