The City is working diligently to revitalize our Downtown. Currently, we are developing a Downtown Master Plan, Downtown Design Guidelines, and Form-Based Codes which are intended to encourage development and create a visual identity that is unique and fitting for the City of Holtville.
On behalf of the entire City Council I would like to invite you to the City’s Hands-On Community Design Charrette, a participative process where all members of the community work directly with a design team. This Charrette is only as valuable as the information that we receive from you, the citizens of Holtville. I believe that your opinion is of great value and that you have a unique vision of what our City should look like. Therefore, I'm personally requesting your attendance at this Charrette and asking you to share your opinion with your neighbors and friends.
