Industry Assistance support particularly focused on small business programs, Human Capital Planning, Policy, Career Development and Training.  Supports JPSS and GOES-R.  In addition, the Division office provides valuable support to our procurement community and oversees the appointment of  Non-GS-1102 or -1105 personnel with the authority to issue calls/orders against Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs).  Such appointments shall be in accordance with the NASA Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Supplement 1813.303-3.
