Washington Wing 2016 Spring Conference and Banquet 1 – 3 April 2016 (Download this announcement, instructions, and paper registration form here) (Download Cadet Packing List here) The Washington Wing Spring Conference and Banquet will be held at Wenatchee, Washington at the Red Lion Hotel It will include awards, wing, region, and national updates, Educational Training for CAP members. As well as time to network with other CAP members and chat with Friends from other units. Saturday night will be capped off with a banquet, and guest speaker. CADETS BILLETING Cadets will be billeted at the a school in the area BANQUET SPECIAL GUEST SPEAKER (Ret) David Reinholtz, COL. He is from the Air Force Academy and was a Commander for Special Ops in a C130 Squadron. COMMANDER’S CALL The Commander’s Call will be for split into breakouts for each Group during the day on Saturday and one session on Sunday morning. The room is very small so there will only be room for one person per unit in that room. CADET ADVISORY COUNCIL The Cadet Advisory Council meeting will be held Sunday, 3 April 2016 All squadron CAC representatives and/or alternates should attend SENIOR LUNCH There will be a senior lunch offered on Saturday $14.00 it will be a “Lunch to go” of the following: Turkey Breast with lettuce and tomato on a Chibata Bread with chips and cookies and bottled water. SENIOR CONFERENCE Senior Conference will have Educational Training all day Saturday following the morning general session. This is the first conference we have had in two years so lots of sharing and renewing friendships. BANQUET DINNER: Our Plated Dinner for the evening will be: Tossed Green Salad with balsamic dressing, warm dinner rolls and butter blend, chicken breast lightly sautéed and finished with white wine, lemon juice, capers and creamed steamed new potatoes, Vegetable medley and a dessert. A few door prize gifts for use at CAP events that will be drawn for attendees at the banquet. ONLY REGISTRATION Early registration cost is $30.00 for banquet & $20 for Conference
