The Medicaid Prompt Payment Compliance (MPPC) branch is no longer accepting new cases. Beginning July 1, 2016, all complaints against Managed Care Organizations (MCOs) should be directed to the Cabinet for Health and Family Services, Managed Care Oversight branch. Any current cases will be transitioned to Medicaid by June 30, 2016.
