  • Version 1.2.1 is now available.  Previous versions of Site must be uninstalled prior to installing Version 1.2.1.  Enterprise was updated on July 18, 2016, with Version 1.2.1.    Please read the Release Notes available on the Home Page, for information on what is included in this release.

  • Version 1.2.1 is now available in Site for download to your computer.  Please be sure to uninstall any previous versions of Site.  Enterprise will be updated this evening, July 18, 2016, with Version 1.2.1.  This will require a system outage.  Enterprise will be unavailable from 2000 to 2400 Mountain Time while the update is being deployed.

  • It is now necessary to use your NAP Account user name and password to log into the Data Repository and upload a Financial Export file.  DMS user name and password will no long work to log into the Repository. 

    All users who requested NAP e-ISuite Upload access and received a confirmation from NAP should be able to log in using their NAP user name and password.  Users who did not request NAP e-ISuite Upload access prior to the DMS to NAP cutover will need to follow the instructions in the updated document on the e-ISuite Home Page.

    Update on Federal Lands Layer and Printing:

    Problems have been reported with the Federal Lands Layer.
    If you are using IE, you must choose the allow content popup that is displayed when you either enter into lightning or when you select the Federal lands layers.
    If you are using Chrome. To display the federal Lands layers you must click on the icon shield on the url line (right side), then select "load unsafe scripts".

    Additional features for Fire Reporting.
    Weather Program Block increased to 100 characters.

    This update should take approximately 20 minutes.
    WFMI application will be off line.
    There will be no impact to the lightning application.
