The Office of Budget and Finance (OBF) advises the NCI Office of the Director and senior NCI staff on all aspects of the NCI budget.
Financial Data
OBF conducts financial analyses and develops financial data related to the NCI budget for documents such as the President’s Budget Request for NCI, the NCI Annual Plan and Professional Judgment Budget, and the financial components of the NCI Fact Book.
Donations to NCI
OBF manages the donations that NCI receives from the public, including funds received through the Breast Cancer Research Stamp.
