Giovanni-3 End of Service

Completion of transition to Giovanni-4 set for March 31

Giovanni-3 End of Service

After successfully serving the Earth science community for several years, the Giovanni-3 system will be shutdown on March 31, 2016.

Giovanni-3 End of Service

The NASA Goddard Earth Sciences Data and Information Services Center (GES DISC) will be shutting down all remaining Giovanni-3 data portals on March 31, 2016. This shutdown of Giovanni-3, and the transition to Giovanni-4, will enable us to provide greater efficiency, improved performance, and enhanced capabilities to users of the Giovanni-4 system (http://giovanni.gsfc.nasa.gov/).

Giovanni users who wish to request the addition of data variables or analytical services to Giovanni-4 should continue to do so via the GES DISC Help Desk, gsfc-help-disc@lists.nasa.gov.
