Customizable Documents and Templates

OGS has created several documents and templates (electronic files) to help facilitate the process of developing and implementing a comprehensive green cleaning program. There are documents/templates for assessing buildings, conducting custodial inspections, inventorying cleaning products, surveying housekeeping satisfaction, and a sample of a building entryway policy. These documents/templates can be downloaded from this site and customized by the end user as to meet their specific needs.

Most files can be edited using Microsoft Word, Excel or Publisher, and have been categorized based on the Five Steps to a Green Cleaning Program. For example, selecting 'Groundwork' from the dropdown list below will yield a green cleaning informational brochure and a green cleaning program guidance document.
