to the OMS Factor Verification Survey Online!
Each
year centers are asked to provide information on the factors that
affect their ability to help students achieve key academic
outcomes. This annual effort assists the National Office
in establishing model-based performance goals for the next program
year. Battelle is conducting the work for the Office of Job
Corps.
The OMS Factor Verification Survey asks about the
achievement of academic credentials on your center. More
specifically, there are questions about factors that impact high school equivalency (HSE)
testing and high school diploma (HSD) opportunities. We ask for
your input on a number of issues including the policies, rules, and
conditions under which HSE testing takes place in your
locality. This information will be used to establish
model-based goals for the HSD/HSE attainment
rate measure and the Combo CTT & HSD/HSE measure. Because this information will be used to determine
your PY 2015 model-based goals, it is important that the information
you provide is accurate and is received promptly.
Please complete and submit
the survey no later than May 29, 2015.
(Please note that only
one completed survey per center is required, so please check
with your Center Director if you are unsure whether or not you will
be expected to provide any input for your center’s
