constitutionally created body charged with handling
complaints about the ethical conduct of judges in Wyoming. The Commission is
made
up of citizens appointed by the Governor, attorneys appointed by the
Wyoming State Bar, and judges elected by the Judicial Council.
The Commission considers complaints of judicial misconduct made against judicial officers and may discipline a judicial officer or make a recommendation of discipline to the Wyoming Supreme Court.
The Commission cannot provide legal advice and does not review
complaints against any attorneys.
