Funds are transferred from JPL to the Business Office of the college or university participating in this program.

Establishing a subcontract between JPL and the participating university Establishing a Research Support Agreement Creating a Purchase Order

The University Subcontracts Office at JPL can assist you to establish one of these methods between JPL and your college or university
