Machine Learning Systems

Some of the software developed by the Machine Learing Systems Group at JPL is available to the general public under various licenses. Usually all software is free for noncommercial use, and some software is additionally available under more permissive open-source licenses.

Cellerator™ is a Mathematica® package designed to facilitate biological modeling via automated equation generation.

LibFeature is a software library for creating feature vectors from structured data. It is particularly useful for machine learning and data mining researchers who are applying general-purpose algorithms to a wide variety of data sets where the data is organized in different formats. Using LibFeature, you write a high-level description of the features to be extracted from the input files or input memory arrays, and LibFeature dynamically computes the feature vectors you want on the fly.

A prerelease version of this software is available now - contact dominic.mazzoni@jpl.nasa.gov to get a copy. Shortly, the final release of this software will be available for free download from The Open Channel Foundation.

libSBML is a library for reading, writing and manipulating files and data streams containing the Systems Biology Markup Language (SBML).

For more information, see the libSBML home page [external link].
