Project Description
The project is part of several to build Loop 303 into a full freeway between I-10 and US 60 (Grand Avenue). This section includes three general purpose lanes of freeway in each direction, rubberized asphalt and enhanced freeway aesthetics. Several sound walls were also built to aid in mitigating noise in neighboring communities.
Project Benefits
This project improves traffic flow in the West Valley by creating a regional connector freeway with additional lanes of freeway and over- or underpasses for surface streets.
