Overview
Caswell Memorial State Park protects a fine example of riparian oak woodland, which once flourished throughout California's Central Valley and is home to several endangered animal species. Camping
Four accessible campsites are available: site 29, 41, 44, and 56. Restrooms and combination restroom/shower building is accessible. One van accessible parking space is available at the combo building. Routes of travel to the restroom and combo building are accessible.
Picnic Area
The family picnic area is generally accessible, including many accessible BBQ grills. Parking includes four accessible spaces, one of them van accessible. There are accessible paved routes from parking to the accessible areas. The Oak Grove picnic area restroom is accessible.
Trails
The Loop Nature Trail is a 0.8 mile trail that starts at the day-use parking lot and uses portions of the River Bend, Majestic Oaks, Gray Fox, and Fenceline trails to create the accessible trail loop. The shaded trail offers views of oak trees, roses, berries, and a peek or two of the river.

A beach wheelchair is available to provide access to the swim beach. Call (209) 599-3810 for information.
