Annual Statements

Staring January 2017, we are converting from monthly statements to annual statements. You will continue to have access to the most current and up to date payment information on your case, with a couple options, both options are available to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Simply call our automated Kidsline at (907)269-6900 or (800) 478-3300 and press 2 from the main menu and follow the prompts or you can also find a complete statement of your case by going through our member service portal Click here to visit myAlaska and select the CSSD Portal.

Office closure notice for Nov 25

This is a special announcement from the Child Support Services Division. Division offices will be closed for an all-staff Furlough day, on Friday, November 25, 2016 and will re-open for normal business hours on Monday, November 28, 2016.

Now available! A new Alaska Child Support Services Portal.

The services portal offers non-custodial parents bank account and credit card payment options and custodial parents can change their method of receiving payments. Other services available are; address and phone number changes; name change request; case financial statements. Signing up for an account is easy. After entering some identifying information, you will receive an email with the account verification link. Once you click on the link, you'll have account access. Administrative Code Change

A change has been made to the Alaska Administrative Code effective 3/20/16. Review of Support Orders at the Request of a Parent. (15 AAC 125.327). http://dld.bz/euNcs

As of March 20, 2016, the Child Support Services Division (CSSD) will no longer modify court orders on behalf of case parties. CSSD will assist you by providing a child support calculation to include in your petition for modification to the courts.

Changes to CSSD Anchorage Office

New hours:

Walk-in Hours: Monday - Friday: 10:00 - 4:00 pm
Call Center Hours: Monday - Friday: 9:30 - 4:00 pm

Office Location change:

The Anchorage office for the CSSD Customer Service Center has moved across the street from the Atwood building to the first floor of the Linny Pacillo Parking Garage. The new location is 655 F Street.


CSSD Now on Facebook and Twitter

CSSD is now available on the social media outlets of Facebook and Twitter.

Our Facebook site is consistently monitored throughout the work day. Because of strict rules on confidentiality we ask that you do not talk about your case on this site. Financial Statements

Case parties are able to view their child support financial statements online. The first time you access the statements application, you must request a PIN. Once requested, it will be sent to you by mail. After receiving your PIN, login to myAlaska and verify your account with your member number and PIN. You will then be able to access the reports. The statements can be viewed from your web browser or a PDF version can be created. The financial reports can be accessed through myAlaska .

Web Based New Hire Reporting

Employers can now report their new hires directly to CSSD by accessing the myAlaska website. If you do not have a myAlaska account for your business and need to create one, you may do so at https://my.Alaska.gov by selecting “Register for a myAlaska Account” under "Account Services" and entering the required information. By using the web based program you as an employer will save time, resources and costs. No more time consuming faxing, making disks or postal costs. If your business already has a myAlaska account, you can access the Alaska New Hire Reporting website at https://my.Alaska.gov under “Services for Businesses/Submit employee hirings to CSSD”.
