Welcome to The Coast Life Support District
We have provided ambulance service on the southern Mendocino and northern Sonoma County coast of northern California since 1986, and paramedic service since 1988.
It is the mission of Coast Life Support District to provide and promote high quality healthcare services, facilities, emergency care and health education to all District residents and visitors.
CLSD is a bi-county Special District created by an act of the legislature of the State of California. We serve the coastal communities of Sonoma and Mendocino Counties, and in addition to ambulance service, we provide emergency response training for fire departments, and CPR/AED training to the community.
