The California Government Operations Agency is responsible for administering state operations including procurement, information technology, and human resources. The mission of CalGovOps is to improve management and accountability of government programs, increase efficiency, and promote better and more coordinated operation decisions. Public Notices
In 2011, Governor Edmund G. Brown Jr. issued Executive Order B-10-11 requiring all State of California agencies to encourage communication and consultation with California Indian Tribes. Accordingly, the California Government Operations Agency hereby adopts this Tribal Consultation Policy which memorializes its commitment to strengthening and sustaining government-to-government relationships between California Indian Tribes and the State.
The Political Reform Act (Gov. Code, § 81000, et seq.) requires state and local government agencies to adopt and promulgate conflict-of-interest codes.
