Serving the People
We are committed to providing equal justice under law. From October 1, 2015 through March 31, 2017 the Court will participate in a statewide Amnesty Program for infractions only.
If the fine was ordered prior to January 1, 2013, and if the participant is qualified, this program allows
for fine reductions. Payments after 09-30-15, unpaid victim restitution, and outstanding warrants disqualify the participant.
Separately, the program provides an option to release a driver’s license hold.
Qualified participants will be required to complete the Imperial Amnesty Participation Form and pay a $50 program fee in addition to any amount due. For more information please visit the Judicial
Council of California’s Amnesty Program site at http://www.courts.ca.gov/trafficamnesty in English or in Spanish or contact the Court at (760) 336-3500.
