SIDES Participation
The State Information Data Exchange System (SIDES) and SIDES E-Response allow companies to electronically respond to UI information requests from KDOL. This eliminates delays caused by mailing the documents. Once you are enrolled in SIDES you can use your Employer PIN to access the SIDES site.

September Labor Market Report
The state’s September seasonally adjusted unemployment rate was 4.4 percent. This was up from 4.3 percent in August and up from 4.0 percent in September 2015.  Read more here.

SIDES and SIDES E-response Earnings Verification Exchange will be unavailable from Tuesday, October 18, 2016 until the cutover is completed at the end of the day on November 16, 2016.  During this time, earnings verification requests will be sent as a paper notice.
