LOCATION: Ten miles north of Heber on Highway 40, 35 miles from Salt Lake.

DIRECTIONS:  Hailstone - take I-80 east to US-40, to U-32, and get off on the Mayflower exit.

MILES FROM SLC: 35

PARK HOURS: Summer: 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. Winter: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

HOLIDAYS CLOSED: Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s.

VISITOR CENTER HOURS: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. May 16 through September 15 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. September 16 through May 15

SEASON: Open year round

RESERVATION SEASON: MAY 1ST - OCTOBER 31ST   (MCHENRY CLOSES SEPTEMBER 15TH)

DAY-USE FEE: $10.00        BOAT SLIPS:   $16.00     CAMPING FEES: $16.00 ($20 HOOKUPS)

DISCOUNTS:

EXTRA VEHICLES: Extra vehicles will be allowed ONLY if space permits.  There is a limit of two vehicles per site.   A fee of  half the full camping fee per extra vehicle, per night will be charged upon arrival.  Prior arrangements through the park is recommended

AMENITIES FOR PHYSICALLY CHALLENGED: Parking, ADA campsites and restrooms.

CONCESSION SERVICES: Located near marina. Offers food, and basic camping / boating needs. -Coin operated laundry facilities located within the campground area.  -Ski, pontoon, fishing, PWC / boat rentals.  

CLOSEST TOWN WITH SERVICES: Heber City or Park City

TRAILS: Non-motorized including mountain biking, hiking, cross-country skiing, horseback trails.
